Position for Administrative Coordinator Solid Waste
Position reports to County Solid Waste Superintendent.  This position requires a valid, non-interlock, New Mexico driver’s license and includes the following duties, but is not limited to:  Interfaces with the public, maintains office files, arranges appointment and schedules meetings, arranges dumpster service deliveries. Prepares travel requests and purchase orders, correspondence, sorts and distributes mail, State reports and other material, receives payment for annual solid waste fees and deposits, handles annual solid waste billing and monthly dumpster rental billing, assist with grant projects and other projects as required by department, conducts site inspections, annual state testing and other tasks as requested.
